At the 2025 Nevada Housing Conference on October 15-16 in Las Vegas, we will be hosting our fourth annual award ceremony. We invite NHC Members to submit nominations for potential awardees. NHC Members may submit as many nominations as they would like. Nominees can be an individual or organization. They do not have to be members of the Nevada Housing Coalition but should be engaged with affordable housing work in Nevada.

Nominations will be reviewed and scored by the NHC Conference Planning Committee and NHC staff.

AWARD CATEGORIES:

1. Culture of Leadership: For leadership in the affordable housing community through vision, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to drive solutions and inspire lasting change.

2. Innovation in Housing: Recognizing outstanding creativity and dedication in developing bold, effective programs or solutions that break beyond the status quo and advance housing affordability.

3. Heart & Action for Housing: For demonstrating passion and commitment to moving the needle and acting as an advocate for affordable housing in Nevada.

4. Lights, Camera, Housing: Directing Change (Conference Theme): Like a blockbuster production, affordable housing work brings together many moving parts: policy, partnerships, funding, and community engagement. This award will honor a person or organization who not only shines a spotlight on affordable housing but inspires others to join the cast working towards safe, affordable homes for all Nevadans.
